Each Player may hold only one registered Account with okbeat. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same or different names — are prohibited. okbeat reserves the right to consolidate, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any balances associated with them.
You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other details requested. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
okbeat will request identity verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or when required by PAGCOR's anti-money laundering guidelines. Accepted documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID (SSS/GSIS), Driver's License, Philippine Passport, Voter's ID, PRC License, and NBI Clearance with photo. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access until verification is completed.
okbeat Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials — including your login email or mobile number and password. You agree to:
okbeat will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to an Account where the Player has failed to maintain reasonable security over their credentials. However, okbeat will investigate reports of unauthorized access in good faith and suspend the Account while the investigation is underway.
okbeat accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your okbeat Account instantly upon transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits are credited within the processing timelines of the respective financial institution. 7-Eleven deposits may take up to three hours to credit. okbeat does not charge deposit fees on any standard payment method.
All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. okbeat prohibits depositing funds on behalf of third parties. Deposits from unverified or third-party accounts may be refunded and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Anti-Money Laundering: okbeat complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. Unusual deposit patterns or deposits from unverified sources may trigger a compliance review. Cooperation with such reviews is a condition of continued Account access.
Withdrawals may be made to GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank accounts registered in your verified name. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are processed within approximately 15 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within Philippine banking hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until your Account has passed okbeat's identity verification (KYC) process. You may initiate the KYC process at any time from your Account Settings. okbeat reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawals or where the source of funds cannot be adequately verified.
If Bonus Funds are active in your Account, withdrawal eligibility for those funds and any winnings derived from them is contingent on satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirements. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry date for each bonus are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your Account. Maximum withdrawal limits may be higher for Players at elevated VIP tiers. okbeat reserves the right to process large withdrawal amounts in tranches without foregoing the obligation to pay the total amount owed.
All bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, and other incentives offered by okbeat are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term prevails.
The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension:
All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus Funds not wagered within the specified period will be automatically removed from the Account. No extension of the expiry period will be granted except at okbeat's sole discretion.
All casino games offered on the okbeat platform are supplied by licensed third-party providers including, but not limited to, PG Soft, JILI, Pragmatic Play, CQ9, and Habanero. Each game operates according to its own published rules and certified Return-to-Player (RTP) rate.

Void Bets: okbeat reserves the right to void any wager where there is evidence of a software error, feed interruption, or any other technical issue that materially affected the game outcome. All voided stakes will be returned to the Player's real-money Balance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbeat's liability to any Player for any claim arising from the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the value of the Player's Account Balance at the time the claim arises.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PAGCOR's rules and regulations, as amended from time to time, also form part of the regulatory framework within which okbeat operates.
In the event of any dispute between a Player and okbeat, the parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through okbeat's internal dispute resolution process. Players may raise a complaint by contacting [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. okbeat will respond to complaints within seven business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player complaints mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable procedures. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
okbeat reserves the right to amend, modify, or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven days before the change takes effect, where practicable. Minor changes — such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Players — may be made without prior notice.
